I attended Sacred Heart College (class of 2000) where I graduated as Dux and then completed a double degree of Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) / Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) at the University of Melbourne.

I have over ten years’ experience in leading strategic change and business improvement initiatives across a number of different industries. This has included developing and implementing Global Best Practice Design Procedures & Metrics for a global automotive company as well as being the Lead for Cross-Company Complaints Strategy, Process & Capability for Australia’s largest telecommunications company. In my current position in Field Process Improvement at Telstra, I am responsible for identifying strategic opportunities and driving change to sustainably improve operational performance of a national workforce consisting of approximately 10,000 technicians.

I am passionate about translating the skills and knowledge I have developed in my professional career to community endeavours, in line with the values instilled during my education at SHC. While living in the Macedon Ranges, I was a Committee Member (Strategy) for the local toy library. Since moving back to Geelong a couple of months ago, I have been looking for opportunities to become involved in the community and given my past connection with the college, I am excited to be able to reconnect.
