Originally serving as the Sisters’ infirmary and later as a conference room, this space was thoughtfully converted into a sacristy during the 2012 restorations. Its direct connection and view to the chapel via the narthex made it the ideal location for this sacred purpose.
The sacristy is where the vestments and sacred vessels used for Mass are stored, as well as the host. It provides a quiet, reflective space where the celebrant can prepare for Mass, vest and engage in silent prayer or contemplation both before and after the liturgy.
