Enrolments College Tours

We are deeply committed to the Mercy values of compassion and justice, which include ensuring a Sacred Heart education is accessible to every student. We proudly offer two equity-based scholarship pathways designed to provide stability and support for families in need.

Available 2027 Scholarships:

  • Equity Scholarship: For students with demonstrated financial need.
  • Inclusion and Diversity Scholarship: For students who are first-generation refugees.

In alignment with our mission, we do not offer academic, music or sporting scholarships.

Sacred Heart is deeply committed to empowering every student through education and supporting their capacity to make a meaningful, just impact on society.

To remove barriers to academic excellence, our Equity Scholarship Program is purposefully designed to expand learning opportunities for families with demonstrated financial need, ensuring that a transformative Sacred Heart education remains accessible, inclusive and supportive of every student's potential.

Navigating a new country, culture and educational landscape presents profound challenges for refugee families, often serving as the primary barrier to a student’s learning journey.

In keeping with our rich Mercy heritage of hospitality and social justice, we offer an Inclusion and Diversity Scholarship. This scholarship is a fully funded initiative specifically designed to welcome, enable and support first-generation refugee students in a safe and nurturing environment.

Designed to ensure a seamless and dignifying integration into College life, this scholarship extends holistic, wraparound support to both the student and their family, including:

  • Personalised Transitions: Individualised arrival and orientation frameworks alongside dedicated family engagement initiatives.
  • Targeted Learning: Supported literacy and numeracy program.
  • Holistic Wellbeing: Targeted social-emotional learning programs, professional counselling, peer-to-peer networks and tailored mentoring.
  • Community Connection: Dedicated pastoral support groups designed to build a profound sense of belonging, cross-cultural appreciation and mutual respect.
