The Athletics Carnival began with a high-energy Opening Ceremony orchestrated by our dynamic Student House Leaders, setting a vibrant tone for the day. Throughout the entire event, students showcased incredible spirit, enthusiastically jumping into an array of track and field competitions. The track was the scene of much speed and determination as several long-standing records were broken, and many dedicated athletes proudly achieved their personal bests.
The enthusiastic participation in novelty events, lively class relays, and the always fun Fountain Lakes Fitness Festival kept community energy sky-high. These events ensured that every student could contribute valuable tallies to the overall House leaderboard, keeping the competition fiercely alive until the very end.
Beyond individual triumphs, it was a day defined by camaraderie, cheering and collective effort across all year levels. In a spectacular display of talent, determination and teamwork, Padua soared above the competition to claim the ultimate crown as the winning House for 2026! Congratulations to Padua and to every student who gave their absolute all for their team.
