The Sacred Ecology programs guide students to understand the deep connection between ecological health and human well-being. By engaging directly with natural landscapes and sustainability projects, students develop a sense of responsibility for the environment that goes beyond classroom theory.
Next year, students will undertake the Camino Way immersion, a historic pilgrimage along Spain’s Camino de Santiago, blending physical endurance with deep self-discovery. By stepping away from daily routines, students shift from sightseers to intentional pilgrims. The physical demands build resilience, emotional maturity and strong peer camaraderie. Grounded in Mercy values, this spiritual journey encourages young women to reflect on their faith and purpose.
