Welcome Back!

Welcome back to another school year to all our staff and students! Students will begin on Friday 29 January.

We look forward to a year with less challenges than last year; a year where we can learn and be together.

We wish all our school community a safe and wonderful year ahead.

School Photos

Annual school photos including sibling photos will be taken at Sacred Heart College by Arthur Reed Photos on Monday 22nd February, 2021.

There is no need to return any forms or money to school. Unique image codes will be issued to all students on/after photo day so families can register online to view images when they become available in the webshop. Registration is simple, just follow the 3 simple steps on your child’s personalised flyer once you receive it and remember to add the codes for all your children attending this school.

Even if you registered last year, it’s important that you do again this year using your child’s 2021 image code to link their images for the current year with your contact details.

When images are ready to view and in the webshop, all parents who have registered will be notified by SMS and email.

Once registered, please wait for notification that 2021 images are online to view before making your purchase.

Parent Communication Afternoon

The upcoming Parent Communication Afternoon (PCA) from 3.45pm to 5.00pm on Monday 22 February is a perfect opportunity for you to meet with your daughter’s Mentor Group teacher and/or Student Development Coordinator (SDC) to discuss how we can best support your daughter’s learning journey throughout the year.

Following our COVID-19 Normal practices these discussions will be held via zoom or phone call depending on your preference. Please email your preferred staff member/s to arrange a meeting using these communication methods.

Planned Student Absences

Please be advised that the Planned Absence Notification Forms can be found on the Parent Portal. This form is for any student who will be absent from school for more than five days due to family holidays, sporting competitions etc.

This form will need to be completed and returned to Reception at least one week prior to the student's absence.

Adhering to this procedure will prevent parents unnecessarily receiving a text message from the College enquiring as to the whereabouts of absent students.
